- Calluses - To Trim or Not To Trim
A callus on the heel or the big toe can causes a lot of pain for a runner. It can develop an even more painful blister underneath and can limit a runner's performance or simply decrease the enjoyment of run. Many runners want to take a razor blade to the callus tissue and trim it down until the skin is raw. Some rub the callus with a pumice stone until their hand goes numb and others apply expensive creams and lotions. But, no matter what you do, somehow, the callus always comes back. - Foot Problems In Runners
