Writing a Better Best Man Speech

To make a good best man speech would entail three things. And these 3 things would ascertain the lucidity of the whole speech. Here they are:

1. The goal of the speech
2. The flow of the speech
3. The tone of the speaker when delivering the speech.

The best man must be lucid as to whom he is referring to in the speech. The best man speech must be lucidly understood as a kind of speech intended to be heard by the newlywed couple and all of the wedding guests.

The next thing is, the flow of the speech must tackle about your main concern as the best man. And your main concern must be the bridal couple and then the guests. You must begin by expressing your wish and the guests' wish for the bridal couple and after that, you call on the wedding guests to take part in making the newlywed's joining together a good one.

Thirdly, the best man speech must be presented with the proper intonation. It will almost certainly land on deaf ears if you will exactly deliver your speech with flat accent. You should be able to get a hold of the audience's attention through making each word very clear with the aid of the correct intonation.

B. If you have little to say about the groom

2. Give comments and observations about the ongoing wedding ceremony.
3. Explain your duties and give comments as a best man.
4. Recall a memorable historic event on the same day.
5. Deliver your own version of the couple's romance. Tell the audience about how they met or how the proposal went.
6. Give advices about marriage.
7. Do the final toast by giving best wishes for the newlyweds.

Those are the guidelines that are usually followed in the best man speech samples.
