InsideView Closes Oversubscribed Round of Angel Funding

InsideView, the on-demand sales intelligence service provider, today announced the closing of an oversubscribed round of funding. The round was jointly led by JDM Capital, an associated fund of Greenhouse Capital Partners, and Rembrandt Venture Partners, with additional private investments from accomplished Silicon Valley executives:

Joe Addiego, Portfolio Manager In-Q-Tel, former VP Sales and Marketing Talarian and Wind River/Integrated Systems

Paul Dawes, former SVP Sales and Marketing Liberate, and VP Sales Verdisoft

Rob DeSantis, Co-founder and former CMO Ariba and former VP Sales Rasna

Pete Goettner, General Partner Worldview Technology Partners, former CEO DigitalThink

Peter D. Henig, Managing Partner, JDM Capital, an associated fund of Greenhouse Capital Partners, specializing in early stage venture funding

Jay Tyler, Venture Partner Walden VC, former EVP Sales and Marketing DigitalThink and SVP WW Sales Clarify

“This funding is particularly significant because of the high caliber of our investors who have been involved with companies that have effected major change in the technology industry,” said Umberto Milletti, InsideView co-founder and chief executive officer. “Their support speaks to the strength and opportunity for our sales intelligence service.”

InsideView will use the funding to staff key management positions and provide the necessary infrastructure to maintain sustainable growth.
