I think that this has been one of the things that has been strongest for me, although I do not think that it is in any way unique to me. My customers buy repeatedly from me!I think one of the things that really helps is that I have written a lot of my own content, so there is a personal bond that happens with my subscribers. They read my articles, subscribe to my list, they read emails written by me, and sales copy written by me. Then they buy the product, it is everything I said it was, and I think that the bond just grows stronger. I think that at that point, even if I promote an affiliate product, I have created such a level of relationship and trust, that they will buy even the affiliate product almost as if it is mine.One thing that is important here, is that you must really make sure that if you sell something or even if you give it away, that it has quality and value – that it is always worth more than you sell it for. This ensures that your customers continue to look forward to your offerings, and continue to trust you.Once they trust you, and your products are effective, your customers will continue to buy from you, as long as you maintain the quality. If your quality suffers, so will your sales!Ask yourself before you promote something, is this of the same quality that I would have produced? Would I have bought this? Would I have been satisfied with this product? Always put yourself in your customers’ shoes.
