Spend another five minutes doing stretching exercise. The stretching preparation is necessary to avoid pulling any muscle. Regular jogging exercise requires discipline from us. For those who are just starting, observe these preparations in order have a smooth start. Gradual pacing is very important in order not to over work your heart and body.
