It is not rare to find someone undecided on whether he or she will buy an iPod or a Zune.So how do we decide? Technical aspects of the players The iPod measures 4.1?2.4????inches and weight around 4.8 oz compared to the Zune which measures 4.4 x 2.4 x .60-inches and weighs 5.6 oz. The iPod has an LCD screen of 2.5 inch displaying 320x 240 pixels while the screen of the Zune measures 3 inch and displays 320x 240 pixels. When it comes to difference the Microsoft Zune has an integrated Fm player and has built in Wi-Fi features. However this does not allow the Zune's user to connect remotely to the Zune store but only allow the user to share songs wirelessly. Both models use Li-Ion batteries and have a life of 14 hours which will enable a lot of playtime. Price In terms of prices there are not a lot of difference between the Microsoft Zune and the Apple's iPod with both 30GB model retailing at the same price. So the price factor will not be a major issue when coming to choose between the Zune and the iPod. Zune vs. iPod Both players are close to each other in terms of technical features and price. It will really come to the user to choose which one he will choose. Clearly the iPod carries a much higher status than the Zune since it has been present for a much longer time. Choosing between these two players can really come down to choosing between Apple and Microsoft.
