It involves a lot of initial investment on your part to get into the scheme. Once entered, you find other people who are interested in selling Acai Berry extracts and the number of people you recruit earns you referrals.
The people on the top of the pyramid gain the most in these multi-tier schemes as they earn a little from every single person the subsequent levels manage to recruit, and sell the extract to. This scheme has many variations and you need to watch out,

However, you need to keep in mind that not all such schemes are necessarily fakes or scams. There are many legal Acai Berry extract pyramid schemes out there which will earn you money, but you need to be careful which ones you sign up for, and you need to do your homework!

Free Acai Berry Pills?

Another type of scam is where companies offer to send you free Acai Berry pills or extract in return for you just paying the shipping fees. The fine print here is that if you agree to this, they automatically enter you into a scheme in which they will keep on sending you free pills. Of course, they're not really free...you're paying for the shipping EACH and EVERY time.
